About Wally Hauck

Wally Hauck works with leaders to dissolve people problems that cost time and money.  Drama in organizations is a symptom of broken processes and not a result of flawed people.  Therefore, Wally helps leaders dissolve people problems by changing the system, processes and methods.  Drama is a barrier for learning, optimal productivity and effective relationships.

Wally learned, early in his career, how to de-motivate people.  He worked for a large fortune 500 company in the 1980’s and 90's.  Wally couldn’t understand why he was so unhappy in his job.  He was working very hard managing people in the conventional ways.  It only took him 12 years to realize his instincts were correct and the conventional ways were flawed.

Wally is creator of leadership training that help managers and leaders reduce drama, increase learning and increase trust. Relationships, trust and loyalty are more important now than ever before because the real value of an organization lies in the minds of the employees and their ability to solve problems.   The faster an organization can learn, adapt to change and develop relationships (both internally and externally) the more money everyone will make.

Wally has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy from the University of Pennsylvania; an MBA in Finance from Iona College; and is currently working on his PhD in Organizational Leadership from KennedyWesternUniversity. He is writing a book “In Trust We Profit: Achieving Sustainable Results with Trust not Control”.  Wally has worked with dozens of firms and government agencies in the last decade.
