Our Management Model
Our Values and System Management Model is a different way of thinking about organizational problems. It offers new solutions to make money with less effort.
The Values and System Model is different because it helps managers to think differently about the "root causes" of issues. Managers and Leaders can ask: "Is this problem a Values issue or a System issue? This stops blame and criticism of people and enables teams to get to the root cause of the issue i.e. THE SYSTEM.
|
Values Issue
- Break in integrity
- Intentional mistake
- Disrespect
- Intentional break in policy
- Blaming others
- Excuses
- Not taking responsibility
|
Systems Issue
- Mistakes
- Errors or oversights
- Poor quality
- Poor attitude
- Poor performance
- Lack of motivation
- Not understanding responsibility
- Inadequate Training
|
Values issues can be controlled by the employee him or herself. System issues are too complex to be solved by the employee alone because there are factors outside of the control of the employee. Solutions to system issues require exceptional management skills and cooperation to get to the root causes. They require optimal TRUST.

Influence Assessment:
Do you influence others or do you manipulate? In my experience, most organizations, and most leaders, unknowingly manipulate behavior not influence it. Too much manipulation creates people problems. Some of the symptoms of too much manipulation can be declining financial performance, poor morale, high absenteeism, high turnover, poor customer service attitudes, silence or lack of participation in meetings, and a lack of creativity or spontaneous problem solving.
Send me an e-mail requesting your free Influence Assessment. It takes only a few minutes to complete the assessment online. It will tell you how you compare with the best influencers. You can then make decisions to improve your influencing skills.
